NVX Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase is necessary to enter or win this contest. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

2. Eligibility

This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older as of the date of entry. Employees of NVX, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. How to Enter

To enter the contest, participants must complete the following actions on one of NVX’s official social media channels:

  • Like the contest post.
  • Share the contest post to their feed/story (where applicable).
  • Follow NVX’s social media account on the platform where the entry is made.

Entries must be received by the deadline mentioned on the original social media post. Limit one entry per person per platform.

4. Prize

The winner(s) will receive the prize(s) listed on the original social post including approximate retail value. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the contest period. Winner(s) will be notified via direct message on the platform where the entry was made within 7 days after the contest closes. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited and not awarded to anyone.

6. Shipping

NVX will cover all shipping costs for delivering the prize to the winner(s). Prizes will be shipped to the address provided by the winner within 30 days of claiming the prize.

7. Rights Granted by Entrants

By entering, participants grant NVX the right to use their entry (including social media username) for promotional purposes, including reposting and publishing in digital or print media.

8. Social Media Platform Disclaimer

This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, or X. Participants release these platforms from all liability related to this contest.

9. General Conditions

NVX reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the contest if it cannot be conducted as planned. NVX also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.

10. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of California courts.
