Really impressed with the materials that this grill was made of. I expected mostly a plastic grill, but the mesh is composed of some heavy-duty metal to offer some great protection for the sub. Not to mention it looks awesome! Another great quality product from NVX!

I don't know if my home subwoofer would be okay if I drill holes in it any ideas it was the cat or the subwoofer I chose to duct tape it to my front firing 10inch drilling holes may compromise my klipsch subwoofer.

The metal grill fits and aligns to speaker mounting holes, however the bezel has a large lip protruding around it, if the bezel is installed over the grill in a flush mount box then the grill will not be tight. I opted to install the grill only as our home subwoofer needed protection from grandchildren.

Used this on my boat for a polk DB+10. Actually was a little difficult finding a cover(assumed all speakers came with them!) This center/grill is strong metal with a plastic trim/secure ring. This is installed on lower helm in were your feet sit while driving, I kick/bump it often with zero damage or dents! Extremely good product and has a factory look!
